studies further. It is a Pure Scholarship, Not a
Loan which need not be paid back and interest
free. Scholarship is award to courses (any)
above or 6 months.

Application Process Procedure

1. Application is completely
filled and necessary documents with application
cost is attached.
2. We receive your Application.
3. Application is Evaluated
and appointed Marks.
4. Application Marks are then
compared with the other Application in the same
category.
5. Best Students are picked
from each category on the 15th and 30th of Every
Month.
6. Selected / Rejected
Applicants receive an Letter.
7. Selected applicants then
undergo for a 15-30min Tele Verification.
8. Demand Draft / Cheque is
send to the Concern School or College or
University (on behalf of the Applicant.)

Do you award scholarship for a
non degree course?
Yes, scholarship is awarded for Degree and Non
Degree Courses.
Is there any special
preferences given to any course or subject?
No, Any subject from a recognized college or
university.
Can I get scholarship for the
conference or internship, I am attending abroad?
No, Scholarship is not awarded for conferences,
internship, paper presentation or any such.
Is scholarship given for
abroad?
Yes, applicant can be granted scholarship for abroad
studies to any country or city in the world.
Scholarship is granted to courses which at least
last for 6 months.
I am Indian but currently
staying abroad and plans to study further, can i
apply?
Yes, you can apply.
Is there any scholarship exam
or any test for scholarship?
No, there is no exam or entrance test for
scholarship.
Do I need to submit separate
letters from my references?
No, just references details and signature shall be
sufficient to process the application.
I have been accepted by an
university without course fees, but I have my books,
exams and living expenses. Can I apply for
scholarship in such case?
Yes, in such cases the application is given a second
preference.
I have an acceptance letter
form "XYZ University" from ABC Country, Can I apply
for scholarship?
Yes, you can apply.
Can I submit my application
through Online?
No, We do not accept or study any profiles,
applications, documents send through e-mail.
How many day will it take for
the result of Step 1?
It would take 10-12 working days. Our Working days
are from Monday to Friday. Our Online Help Lines are
open 7days a week.
Application fees is it
refundable?
Application fees is non refundable under any
circumstances.
Can I sent the application
without the fees or incomplete application or
incomplete proofs?
No, It shall be considered incomplete and the
application will not be processed.
Can I sent the application
fees by cheque or cash?
No, Application fees must paid through
Demand Draft Only. It must be in favour of " GAURAV
FOUNDATION", payable at Chennai.
Do you have branches for
Gaurav Foundation?
No, Gaurav Foundation currently only operates from
Chennai.
